What is FindShortlet?

FindShortlet is a platform that connects travelers, professionals, and agents to verified short-term apartments across Nigeria. You can browse listings, book securely, and manage stays all in one place.

How do I book an apartment?

Simply search for your preferred location, select a verified listing, and click Book Now. Once payment is confirmed, the host will receive your booking request and confirm your stay.

Are the listed apartments verified?

Yes. Every listing on FindShortlet goes through a verification process before being published. We confirm ownership, photos, and amenities to ensure what you see is what you get.

Can I list my apartment on FindShortlet?

Absolutely! Agents and property owners can easily list their apartments by signing up for a free account and submitting their property details. Once verified, your apartment will go live on the platform.

How do payments and refunds work?

All payments are processed securely through Paystack or Flutterwave. If a booking is canceled within the allowed time, a partial or full refund may apply depending on the host’s policy.

  1. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
  2. Bookings canceled after check-in are not eligible for refunds.
  3. Service fees are non-refundable.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet — but it’s coming soon! For now, you can access FindShortlet easily on your phone or tablet using your web browser.
